The membership of Winnipeg Chinese Cultural and Community Centre gives you the rights to do the following:
1. Borrowing books from the library in WCCCC for free.
2. Taking part in activities of WCCCC for free or with some discount.
3. Renting rooms with some discount.
4. Enrolling in the interest classes in WCCCC with some discount.
It is understood that the life membership of WCCCC is for individuals, and thus not for any organization and association.
