• For Small groups: Groups over 6 people, $2.00/ person/ hour

* - "Application For Rental"'& Contract must be completed before renting.

The deposit & rental fee must be paid in the full amount to the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural and Community Centre before using any facility.
- Setup time and cleaning time are calculated as rental time. Extra $50 will be charged if the renter does not clean the venue.
- Extra $15/ hour will be charged if the facilities are rent beyond the operation hours of the Centre.
3 Priority of using
• For individuals, priority for using shall be given to the Centre's members on "first come first serve".
• Priority shall be given to rent as far as the Centre's financial situation is concerned.
4. Other Fee
Tour
Free Tour
Organizations or individuals are welcome to visit the Centre without any charge as long as booking an appointment in advance. In this situation, no guide will be provided by the Centre or a simple guide will be provided if staff are available.
Charged Tour
The Centre can provide :
• A guided tour including the introduction of the history and the utility of the Centre .
• Calligraphy performance
• Translating the visitors' names into Chinese and writing them in traditional way (calligraphy)
• Post cards of Chinatown or fans as presents.

$50.00 /Organization (over 20 person)
Library
Library is open to everyone. Users need to apply the membership to borrow books from the library.
Shower
There are 1 space in woman's bathroom and 2 spaces in man's bathroom.

Drop-in Fee
Drop-in services, such as, inputting Chinese character, translating*, artistic designing, etc., are charged 20$/hour. Services within 10 minutes are free upon staff availability.
* For translating service, we prefer an appointment in advance.
